This speech is about how you successfully can go about changing things in your organisation and get the coworkers on board and actually feeling good about the change.  Change management is something we do all the time in organisations and there are ways to make change easier. The leadership and communication needs to be clear and consistent.

Major changes very often fail because the employees didn't buy in and countered even. 

I will give you tips on how you and your managers can do it and be successful.
